Music on Main
Each Thursday night during the summer, a great variety of live music acts will take part in the Music on Main concert series in North Myrtle Beach. Located at the Horseshoe oceanfront on South Ocean Boulevard, guests can bring a beach chair or blanket, grab a spot around the stage and enjoy the sounds of R&B, rock and, of course, beach music. Local favorite bands like the Tim Clark Band, Tru Sol, the Fantastic Shakers and Painted Man are among the scheduled acts that will delight guests from 7 PM to 9 PM each week.
Hot Summer Nights at the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk
Morning, noon or night, there is no bad time to visit the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. But under the stars and the vibrant lights of the Myrtle Beach Skywheel, it's tough to beat a night out on the Boardwalk. That is especially true during summer when the Hot Summer Nights festival rolls along for the entire season. Nightly from Monday through Saturday, a cavalcade of strolling entertainers and live music acts will perform at the I Love Sugar stage in Plyler Park. Enjoy live music and cool ocean breezes and then check out all the great attractions of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk after.
The Boathouse Summer Concert Series
The Boathouse has built a reputation as the place to be on Sundays in summer with their amazing Summer Concert Series. Packing in spectators on their lawn overlooking their waterfront stage, The Boathouse offers the Grand Strand's best assortment of big acts and the nation's top tribute bands. With recent concerts featuring Colt Ford, Sir Mixx a Lot and Blessid Union of Souls, the rest of the summer is jam packed with great acts, leading all the way up to their famous Jerryfest concert, an all-day celebration of the Grateful Dead on August 5th.
Brookgreen Gardens Cool Summer Evenings Concert Series
For something a little more laid back among a lush, floral setting, the Cool Summer Evenings Concert Series at Brookgreen Gardens is a perfect choice! Located in Murrells Inlet, these concerts provide a fun night out while you explore all that the southern end of the Grand Strand has to offer. Concerts take place each Sunday evening all summer long from 7 PM to 9 PM and are free to attend after paying the park's normal admission fee.
